The purpose of the Site is to provide you with information about Trance, our products and history. In addition, you may purchase products on this Site.
Product and Service Availability
Inventory information is generally available on the Site for domestic (U.S.) merchandise. This information can be used to estimate the likelihood that merchandise will be shipped with 2-4 business days after you place your order. However, we cannot guarantee that a product listed as "In stock" will actually ship right away, as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In rare cases, a product may be in stock when you place your order, and sold out by the time your order is processed. However, if an item that is marked "In stock" in your shopping cart when you place your order is sold out at the time your order is processed, we will notify you by e-mail or phone that your order will not be filled and your credit card will be refunded.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Trance sales are FINAL. If the product is defective upon arrival, we will accept exchange or web credit only, within seven days of receipt. All shipping damage claims will be directed to the shipping company. The credit is for the price of the item and does not include shipping and handling.

Delivery Options
Tranceessence.com orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Below are the shipping options available for your Orlane package. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during checkout.
Free Shipping
Please note that any Free Shipping promotions run by the website apply to US orders only.
Standard Shipping
Most orders shipped via Standard Shipping are processed and shipped in 2-4 business days, depending on product availability. " Most Standard orders are delivered within 5 -10 business days from the order's ship date. Please note: most orders destined for P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days of the order's ship date.
